About Our Practice

At Vitalize Wellness led by Dr. Kaitlyn Abadia, we believe healing happens when clients feel seen, supported, and deeply understood. Our practice is client-centered, trauma-informed, and trained in Brainspotting, allowing us to meet each person exactly where they are in their healing journey.

We take a holistic approach, honoring the mind–body connection, personal history, nervous system, and the unique life experiences that shape each individual. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating current stressors, or striving for personal growth, we tailor the process to fit you—not the other way around.

Our goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and able to explore the parts of your story that need attention, clarity, or compassion. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and we are committed to walking alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect
